Q: i am having problem.. they are not ready to give the land.saying that the LP number has not come in phase 2. its been 2 years i had paid half the amount. if anyone has taken the land in the same plz let me know.
Latest Answer: Hi Monhanrao, Is your plot registration done? We are also facing the same problem.. Its been 4 years we paid advance for a plot in phase 2. but registration is not yet done till now.. they are giving us the same reason that LP number has not come for phase 2 whenever we contact them.

Latest Answer: Yes, as per revise rates, stamp duty on all transactions will be increased to 5% from the current 4% and land registration fee, which is pegged at 0.5% of the market value, is to be doubled to 1%. All deeds executed between family members will attract a 2% fee as against the present 1%. Other deeds, including settlement, transfer and mortgage are to be subjected to higher fee ranging from 2 to 4%.

Q: The state government is seriously considering to handover the digitization of land records to private contractors, keeping out the public sector giant Survey of India (SoI).

Latest Answer: Hi, Initially you can do some market survey, i.e. find out the market price of your localities, then you should contact with the builder and take some information about material cost and other material to built apartment. After that, you should do some legal work, like approval from the authorities and so on.
