Is Apex Athena good investment option at this point of time?

Q: I am planning to buy a 1.5BHK in Apex Athena this week. The total cost will go around Rs. 50 Lac. Are there any problems with this project as I see there are many apartments still unsold. they told me that the possession is in May 2014. Please do share your opinion about this.

What are the amenities they are offering?

Amenities the are offering like gyms, 70% green area, parking area, jogging track, playing area and 100% power back up.

Hi Anisa, If you are planning , i think you should go and book it soon. When i enquired they told all booking are over , no availabilty is there. I think it is good project to investment and possession will be on mid of 2014.
