Any recommendations for any specific projects in Dwarka express way or Sohna Expresway??

Q: I want to buy an 2/3 BHK apartment (budget 60 - 70 lacs) in Gurgaon and looking for possession by 2015. Would Dwarka express way or Sohna express way be a gud option?? Also how would this area develop by 2015?

Any recommendations for any specific projects??

Hi Ashish, you can also consider going in for Asf insignia (isle-de-royale residency ). Here are a few take aways for you : its an it eco friendly sez 2,3 bhk air-conditioned apartments at gurgaon gwal pahadi which as a matter of fact is a booming location 24*7 power backup facilities district cooling and waste management facilities 85% green area with malls, essential retails and play area for children. Hi friend i will suggest you , Aravali Heights, this a good project , moreover the location is superb. The projects is near the hub of Industrial Belt has the IMT Manesar with upcoming SEZ's on one side which is only at 10 mins drive and on the other side is the huge Bhiwadi Industrial Town (only 5 mins drive). This provides AMPLE Opportunities for employment. Hence the future return of the area will be super high. If you invest Rs 35 lac now, atleast within 5 years double will be your return

You have 8-Lane Express Way on NH-8 the travel time to International & Domestic Airports is just 30 minutes from Dharuhera. Hence the location and connectivity both are fine.

Hi, Mr Ashish Dwarka expressway and Sohna road are the best destination among NCr for investment. Aravali heights in Dwarka Expressway - 2 bhks and 3 bhks are available. They are quoting 33 Lakhs - 3.52 Crores respectively. This project will give a return of atleast 35-45% in near future. One more you can check is Unitech The One, Sohna Road. This is a luxury project and 4bhk with 4400 sq ft are available with price of Rs 4.62 Crores
