even i had this doubt of "panchayat approval", but when i checked with lawyer, they said that should not be a problem if it is legally sanctioned..please appoint a lawyer for legal proceedings, because they know better than us :)

hi anirudh,

When it comes to legality, it is always advisable to do lawyer verification.
I booked one flat in Heritage Ornate, i'm in the process of Lawyer verifcation

Thanks Vinu ,Actually that is panchyat approval .. that wont be an issue in future if the BMRDA/BDA take over it

As per my knowledge, it is one of the completed projects by Heritage housing. I do not think there is any legal issue with this project.

Heritage ornate is located off hosur road,(jigani link road from hebbagodi),in a gated community layout, completely secured with all around compound wall ,single point entry and exit guarded with 24X7 security person.
