Worth to buy Resale flat in Gulmohar City Kharadi?? Pls suggest !!

Q: I am planning to buy a 6 year old resale 2BHK flat in Kharadi, area around 850-900 sq feet, Gulmohar City. Basic cost will be 42 lakhs which includes open reserved parking and total package may be around 46 lakh including agent commission. Flat is well maintained, having no water problem and society is also decent. Can anyone pls help/suggest, whether it is good deal? My initial purpose is to live their minimum 5-6 years but I may sell this after that, Is it worth buying this flat? OR It is better to stay in rented flat instead of paying huge interest on home loan if this flat is not going to give me that much return? or invest in a new property like Brahma Sky City Dhanori..Pls provide some expert comments

Hi Subrata, I think you should invest for new property. You will be get appreciation. I heard about Brahma sky City in Dhanori, the review i got is quiet good. So i think you should go for it.

Yes Shiva... you are right. Because 5 to 6 year old flat will have low profit after you resale again after 5 years. So i think you should better better a good property for investment purpose.
