The price range for Camac Street is between Rs.10000 to Rs. 12000 per square feet while for Loudon Road the prices range between Rs.10000 to Rs 15000 per square feet. Commercial opportunities are however available in BBD Bagh area.
I think you have not visited the area or perhaps you are not from Kolkata. Totally agree with the above member, BBD Bagh is totally a commercial segment and there is no residential activity in the region whatsoever.
You haven’t mentioned what kind of projects you are interested in. BBD Bagh is one of the most prime locations in central Kolkata and houses many famous landmark buildings. There is hardly any residential activity in the BBD Bagh area and most of the area is focused on commercial buildings offering office spaces and shops. B.B.D. Bagh is known as 'office para' or the localitity of offices. Nothing residential around this area is neither in the offering nor a good investment idea.
