The price would be around Rs. 8000 to Rs. 10,000 per square feet. And if you are looking for rental purpose for 2bhk it would be around Rs 20,000 to 25,000 per sq ft.

Good to know that you are seeking to purchase a residential apartment in NSC Bose Road. I have known a few people who have invested in the area and have heard positive reviews. Actually NSC Bose road, Garia Station Road and the area around Narendrapur has witnessed a lot of investors in the last few years. These areas have been the best performing locations in South Kolkata considering gains over the past year. The prices as mentioned by the above member are quite balanced in my opinion considering the advantages of staying in the heart of town with easy access to all social and commercial amenities.

The future prospects of NSC Bose road are quite good in my opinion. The region has already witnessed a good upside to the real estate prices in the last couple of years. South Kolkata has traditionally been the epitome of real estate activity with good apartments and perfect location offering good connectivity to all parts of Kolkata. The current prices in NSC Bose Road and surrounding areas are between Rs. 8000 to Rs. 10,000 per square feet for a residential apartment. The rental prices range between Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month for a 2 BHK apartment. NSC Bose road is a good region for investing in a residential apartment.
