hello mam u r telling posession in dec14 but still date u didnt gave posession?what we will do?if u r making 1 yr delay for posession?

I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to have a thorough discussion with your builder and ask for the valid reason. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement.

Hello as far as i know, when i enquired with the builder, they told this project is approved by HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, HSBC, ICICI Home Finance, Citibank, IDBI Bank. You can check with the builder if you have any doubt.
