The area is well equipped with all basic amenities required by an end user like schools, hospitals, shopping centres and entertainment zones. For shopaholics, this area is a treat. The area has many shopping centres like Safina Plaza, City Point, apart from a host of others.

The demand in this area is more for rental as compared to buying. The rental value in this area ranges from Rs 15,000-20,000 and above per month. The demand is mainly driven by professionals working in companies such as Sony Ericson, Cisco, etc.
