yes Yogesh its lonely bt society seems to be very good so even I am looking to buy a flat an stay with my family. rates /sqfoot seems to be around 3360-3400.
Hi, the project is approved by HDFC, LIC,SBI, Bank of India, PNB. Also had a word with the sales executive , they said the project is expected to be over by 2013 or starting of 2014 like March.
Looking at the location and the sector, the appreciation will be at least 30-40 %. Secondly Taj expressway is hardly few kilometers aways. Greater Noida is a growing place and also have a good infrastructural development. Hence a good appreciation is expected.
To be true on my side, still this project is in lonely place and will take atleast 2 years to be fully occupied . but society from inside is quite good for living purpose.
