Q: From where the land will come in Gurgaon? and how much land will be used! for mix use project???

According to the new policy strategy, which promotes contained and compact land use where a building or a single site would have all necessary facilities like offices, market, schools, banks within the boundary.

Since years we already have ix project provision, is this a revised one? or something new?

This is a new and good idea for advocating mixed land use so that facilities for work, stay along with play are in the same neighbourhood. Although residential-commercial combine use will be regulated so that it do not inconvenient for the residents.

See mix use and single has their own essence,you should first decide on the location and project first then you think matching up with location and price

As per the master plan, the retail commercial activities might get
restricted to the ground floor and upper floors will be dedicated for
residential activities.

Gurgaon is coming up with so many commercial estate by DLF and all, they can easily take this up

Looking at the demand of this areas, this proposed policy will also become a huge hit. Resident welfare associations feel care should be taken while allowing commercial activities in residential areas.
