Hey Gagan, there are 2 bhk apartments available for sale in Oceanus Iris and the price of the apartment ranges from Rs 56 lakhs to Rs 64 lakhs depending on the size of the apartment you are buying.

I am looking for a property in Oceanus Iris. What is the status of the project and what is the rate per sqft going on in this project?

The project is under construction and the expected possession date is by end of 2015. The current rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4700. How many bedrooms flat are you looking for?

Hi Murtaza, The project has got approvals from BBMP and has got A Khata. Banks like SBi and HDFC has approved the project.
