Which are good developers in Palghar?

Q: Hi! I am planning to pick a 1 BHK in Paghar @2800 sqft approx 4 Kms from the station. Is it a good buy? Does anyone know about the scope of land value increase in this region?
Also, how is Gokul developers or Sri sai ashirwad developers? Is there any place where i can find out about the authenticity of builders?

There is no such place where you can find out the authenticity of builders. But you can check out the reputation by checking the past records of the builders.
