Q: How is the upcoming project of Supertech in sector 68,gurgaon from an investment point of view ? Apartments are in sizes of 1000 -1200 sqft @ Rs 5500/- .Also compare this with Laburnum in Sector 35 in Sohna @ 4750/-.
Hi, Dinesh, Lanburnum has a site area 17.5 acres with a starting price after inaugral discount is 4850 psf . The matter is at Rs 5100 per sq ft at sohna is very high it is not sohna road it is village sohna .
See, Silverglades is having good reputation. Their Laburnum project is one of the most sought after address, apart from this they have delivered IVY, and Peach tree ...but for investment, you should go for supertech, rather than a place where appreciation will be super low.

The steep rise in industrial and commercial growth in this place is mainly due to the industrial model township set up at Manesar. Hence Sohna is a better place for residential investment.
