Which area is best for Investment:Sohna Road vs Sohna

Q: How is the upcoming project of Supertech in sector 68,gurgaon from an investment point of view ? Apartments are in sizes of 1000 -1200 sqft @ Rs 5500/- .Also compare this with Laburnum in Sector 35 in Sohna @ 4750/-.

Hi, Dinesh, Lanburnum has a site area 17.5 acres with a starting price after inaugral discount is 4850 psf . The matter is at Rs 5100 per sq ft at sohna is very high it is not sohna road it is village sohna .

See, Silverglades is having good reputation. Their Laburnum project is one of the most sought after address, apart from this they have delivered IVY, and Peach tree ...but for investment, you should go for supertech, rather than a place where appreciation will be super low.

Hi, If your are interested in Sohna road ... then you can go ahead for few sectors ..... as the investors are attracted to the projects in Sohna road and adjacent sectors like 68 and 69, which offers residential properties in the range of Rs 4500-6000 per sq ft.

The price of properties in sectors like 47, 48 49 in the same road has reached to 8000-10,000 per sq ft.

and i would like to add that, Sohna Road and Golf Course Road are among the fastest growing stretches in real estate in Delhi-NCR. Both the regions possess huge potential of realty development and have been seeing continuous inflow of funds which keeps the property prices stable. Along with residential real estate, office market is also witnessing good growth in these two stretches. The Golf Course Road is located close to Delhi, which is the main advantage of its location.

Hi, Manish, firstly i would like to say , Gurgaon-Sohna road, the fast developing stretch of the city, is going to be the next destination for commercial and industrial development in Gurgaon. The steep rise in industrial and commercial growth in this place is mainly due to the industrial model township set up at Manesar. Hence Sohna is a better place for residential investment.

Hi, the connectivity to Delhi, IGI Airport, Faridabad and other NCR regions. Nearest metro station from Sohna is Huda City Centre Metro (around 5 km) while Golf Course Road has close proximity to Sikanderpur Metro and Huda City Centre Metro as well. National Highway-8 and the proposed Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway are in close proximity to Sohna compared to Golf Course Road.
