There are various reasons why this locality is bound to flourish, one of it is - it will be developed to be the alternate route to Bengaluru International Airport. I want to buy an apartment in Aryan Faery. Can anyone tell me what is the rate per sqft going on, bank approvals and what is the status of the project?

Aryan Faery is a ready to move in project and the current price per sqft going on is Rs 4000. Banks like LIC housing finance and SBI has approved the project.

Hi Vinoth, They are quoting Rs 3700 per sqft for an apartment in Aryan Fairy. The price of 3 BHK apartments starts from Rs 53 lakhs.
