MMRDA has also developed a skywalk near Mira Road railway station to offer more convenience to residents.
@Sunil, In this budget you will only get 1 BHK apartments in Thane West. You can check for projects like Unnathi Greens and Vijay Annex 3 they have apartments available for sale
I bought my flat in Ravi Group Gaurav Excellency at Mira Road on Feb’ 2012 at the cost of 5100 per sq feet which came to 34.5 lacs – flat cost plus taxes. Right now the rates running are 6200 per sq feet. Believe me Mira Road is developing a lot day-by-day and someone invest in it, it will give fruitful in return.
