Yes Kolhewadi near Khadakwasla is also one of the good option to invest in Property
It is just 3 to 4 km from Pune Munbai Highway and surrounded by beuty of Khadakwasla dam.
Also it is closed to Nanded city with proposed IT park.

Yes, even i will go with Vivek's advice. Heard that IT companies are coming up in these places, so i would suggest you to do investment in theses areas so that you can get future profits.

Hello, if you are planning to do investment in Pune, i would advice you to check Wagholi or Kharadi or Dhanori...you can get profits in future.
