Q: Is this property under corporation limit ?
Is drinking water and electricity available here ?
There was a notice in newspaper dated 1st jul 2013 that land has some legal issues going on in court..I have purchased the flat so afraid..on the same.

Currently 1bhk and 2bhk are available..! The price for 1bhk is around 27 lakhs, and 2bhk is around 43 lakhs..And i guess the problem will be solved soon..

When is the possession date and what are the amenities offered in this project ?

The possession date will be by dec 2014. Some of the amenities such as Garden, Play Area, Health Facilities, Recreation Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Rain Water Harvesting, Wifi, Broadband Internet etc. are offered in this project.

Hi, heard that possession will be by Dec 2014. i think there is nothing to be worried..the issue will be solved soon.
