Jaipur’s real estate is a mid a transition period and I advise you to have a look at some of the residential apartments instead of buying a plot and then constructing on it. If you are seeking land for commercial space then I suggest you to take a look at the Sikar Road in North West Jaipur. Sikar Road has a number if manufacturing units and retail chains and is a good investment option. For residential plots you can have a look at Bani Park, Vaishali Nagar and civil lines area.
Subhash Nagar is a good choice as far as residential real estate is concerned. The average prices for a residential apartment in and around Subhash Nagar are ranging between Rs 2500 to Rs 3500 per square feet depending on the location. The average rental prices for a 2 BHk Apartment is between Rs 4500 to Rs. 5500 per month. The downside is that a lot of people are investing in property in north-north western areas of Jaipur haven’t started living in the area. Think medium to long term between five to seven years for adequate appreciation.
