Which area could be best in terms of maximum return for 5 years horizon?
Q: I am looking to invest in Jaipur real estate for 5-7 years... which area could be best in terms of maximum return? Also EMR MGF Jaipur Green plots .. is it a good opportunity to grab?

Jaipur’s real estate is a mid a transition period and I advise you to have a look at some of the residential apartments instead of buying a plot and then constructing on it. If you are seeking land for commercial space then I suggest you to take a look at the Sikar Road in North West Jaipur. Sikar Road has a number if manufacturing units and retail chains and is a good investment option. For residential plots you can have a look at Bani Park, Vaishali Nagar and civil lines area.
