Construction update for E Block

Q: Mapsko paradise . I have paid installment for 10th Floor in June for E Block . In the construction updates it is still maintaining 9th Floor . Do any one know the actual status

Hi, according to my knowledge... the project is located near NH-8 Expressway & Dwarka Expressway.Also with 1 km distance from upcoming ISBT & Metro Depot + 5 metro stations within 3kms radius.

Ok, thats is a perfect location .. i can easily travel from my office, what about the amenities and what is the rate per sq ft??

Hi the project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, 24Hr Backup, Security, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Gymnasium etc.

and for 2 bkh, the project is quoting Rs 79 lac and for 3bhk Apartments it is Rs 1.02 Crores.

Hi Madhu, The prices are good. But i see lot of delay from Mapsko in their projects now. Please be prepared for the delays. Even for Casabella the construction is like a stand still for last 6-8 months. Not much progress. Better to invest in Bestech Ananda, Orris Carnation which are almost ready. Or go for Tulip projects in Sec-70 or Sec-89 depending on location which suits you the most.
