In Jahangirpura, near by Outer ring road you can get open plot in cost of 25k per Var.. If you want to buy flat then Rate is Rs 2500-2800 per sq ft..so you can get easily 2bhk in your budget... I just visited there before a month.

You can get a residential land for Rs 30lakhs in Jahangirpura..

Hi for 3bhk the price would be around 70 lakhs..and the price per sq ft will be around Rs 7,000.
