S2 Avani is a completed villa project at Sarjapur Road and looking for ward to buy a villa here. How much is the land area and how many villas are there?

The project is completely sold out, but you can look for resale properties here. It is spread over 12 acres and 4 guntas of land and there are total of 174 total villas.

As per the telephonic conversation with the marketing executive they are ready to show only the agreement and after booking they will show you all the legal documents.

S2 Avani is in pre-launch status and they are quoting around Rs 2200 as pre-launch offer. After per-launch they will be quoting as Rs 2480 per sqft.
