i have a flat in mascot manorath soho in noida extension. project is located in walking distance of proposed metro station. i am a individual investor. prize is 2 lac lower than current rate.

Project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Basket Ball Court, Community Hall etc.

Yes, there is no doubt about the brand, the fact is that all the projects by Amrapalli is very huge and big, hence they are taking a bit long time to cover up the construction along with the land issues.

Hi , yes all most all the projects of Amrapali are delayed. If your are ok to wait till 2017-18 then the project is goo enough.

Yes, the delay is confined as i had a word with the local state agent and they said not to go for it , if we are looking for end use... if for investment it is good :)

And yes, the price is bit on the higher side, they are quoting Rs 3500 per sq ft . Which after a year or so will go up to Rs 4500.
