Dear Sir, I advice you not to invest in any of the project of Amrapali. They are the biggest fraud. They will take your money and will not give you what you have paid for. I strongly advice not to go for Amrapali projects. If you want to know more. Search what happened in Amrapali Hanging Garden Project and Amrapali Heartbeat City. Ask them what they promised and what they gave. Ask them if you have refunded the money they have taken in 2010 to the people who invested in Hanging Garden Project which they launched in 2010. What is the status of that project. They will not reply you. I am sure.

Project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, 24Hr Backup, Maintenance Staff, Security, Intercom, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Gymnasium etc.

AAhh according to the developers it is 2014 or end of next to 2014.. But the truth is all the projects by Amapali will be delivered in 2017 to 2018.

Hi firstly i would like to tel you that, all Amrapalli projects are delay for 34 years. hence if you are you looking for immediate possession then i would not suggest you. Secondly Amrapali is a good brand if you can wait this is a nice project to invest in.

Yeas sure they are quoting Rs 3233 per sq ft and within few months it can go up also. but when they will the possession,, for sure there are all chance for appreciation.....
