Venetian Spaces are also adjoining . But they are no better than Sky Rock City in any aspect except for Reputed Builders. They are costlier lot than the Sky Rock's. But the drain problem haunts there also. On one side of drain, there is Sky Rock City and on the other is Venetian's. The construction is yet to be started in both the locations.But honestly speaking, if Sky Rocks and Venetians are same in every aspect , i would surely go for Sky rocks coz they are a lot lot lot cheaper at 11000 / sq yd, that makes 200yard plot for just 22 lac
