Is there water problem in concorde?If so will society buy water and bear cost or do we need to pay it?

We have a recently built villa for sale in CSV layout. ( just opposite manhattans ) . Land area is 30 * 40 ( 1230 sq ft ) and built up area is 1590 sq ft. Its a two storey villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom is in the ground floor, which is very useful if you have elderly parents. There is water problems in Electronic city.. And that too in summer, no area is a spare I guess.. Most have to depend on water tankers and they will be quoting sky-high prices..

Hi Shwetha, People who are consume water will have to pay the charges or it may happen that the society will pay the water the charges and after that they will inform all the apartment owners that the maintenance charges has increased because of water charges and all. If you are an apartment resident in Concorde Manhattans then you can talk with the association in this matter.
