Need general info about Concorde group

Q: Hi,
I want to do know how is Concorde as a builder. They are coming up with a residential project on Kanakapura road. My questions are very specific:

1) how much delay do they incur on their project. Do they honor the commitment given by them

2) quality of construction?

3) are they maintaining the property well after handover. I have seen folks complaining about seepage etc., have they responded well to it and to the satisfaction of the residents?

4) anything else that I need to be aware of that is not in public domain.
