No Liquidity in Market. When real Estate prices are likely to crash

Q: The tightening of market by RBI, Volatile Stock Markets, Increase in home Loan Rates, lower rate of economic growth, lesser employment opportunities

Too much of inventory pile up by builders, too much of possession likely in the next one year , availability of many ready to move in properties
Whether Real Estate Market is going to crash

Are we likely to face any other slump and will real estate prices crash

Guys there is a news, which came up few months back that Tamil Nadu has registered a year on year drop of over 75% in attracting investments in the realty sector.Hence may be few areas or cities will have a bad situation ... not every city....

Hi, Mr Navneet, the situation is very volatile. In one side, the market experts says that in this the best year for investment and buying property. Most investors still shudder at the thought of investing in real estate again.Infact we have seen that there are many areas, that emerged in this year as one of the lucrative place for investment. As per records the housing market is making a recovery.
