Yea, let me enlightened you, Gaur is trying to build two townships, Gaur City 1 and 2. Gaur City 1 max is taken by Gaursons and only two avenues are given to independent builders. who are local. Now among these all avenues... they have segregated the units into, Maharaja,Samrat, Samrat 2, Samart 3, Emperor 1 and 2

yeas, the all the units have a average range between Rs 3600 per sq ft and almost all the units are sold out....

Yeas, resale , projects are available and they are quoting Rs 5000 per sq ft as the price. This is a good time for investment :)

Hi, frnd i would like to tell you that, Gaur City 1 is coming up with 4 projects of their won Gaursons and rest of the land they have given it to two different builder for construction...

Hmm from Avenue 1 , 4 to 7 Gaursons are coming up. This are the names of the projects.. And 2 and 3 avenue is given to the external builders..
