Hi all, I have a surplus cash approx 15 lakhs and want to invest in real estate with the aim of long-term approx 15 yrs appreciation. Is it advisable to buy land or residential flat
Land has consistently given satisfactory appreciation over the long term but has many hassles to control it. Apartment can also provide you with appreciation over long run. You need to find right product and right location for long term appreciation. Hyderabad and Bangalore may also be considered for long run appreciation.
Hi, Guys i Agree with Akash, that plot investment in Noida extension is much easy.. because Noida extension always have a fight with the land approval... hence if you invest in apartments the project might get paused or stopped or even stopped, hence taking out money and then selling the unit will be hard... for a plot the more you wait the more benefit you get.
Hmm, thats interesting, now, see plots have a price range of Rs 17000 sq yard... within next year or so it will become around Rs 25000 per sq yard. Now a plot you can just keep it like that without any further investment, whereas in apartment you have to invest in more... in terms of maintenance fee and all ..
So are you telling i will get more benefit in plots than apartments?? how ?? apartments also give good future returns.,, even projects have early possession... i can buy and resale them...
true, but you need to think that Noida extension, is now totally occupied with constructions. Although projects are giving possession, but no on can live there before 2017. hence if you engage your money now... you wont get a good future returns before 2020.. if no roads and water line is there, how wil people even buy units for resale???
Hi, James, Noida extension is such a area, which was once full of disputes.. After the HC order came in, all the halted projected started their constructions. Now, the question is... if we try to invest in here, which will be goo. In my terms, investment is always good for plots. Plot's price always go up. Especially in a area like Noida Extension, where land disputes are still on... investment in a plot will fetch you good returns .:)
Yes, Akash, i have a budget of Rs 70 lac.. and i am taking Noida extension as my option for investment, so that after few years i can sell it in a good price .
