Considering the pricing, Koregaon Park appears to be an HNI (High Net-worth Individual) oriented market. The 4-5-BHK apartments come with state-of-the-art interiors. One can expect even a private lift for an apartment that may cost in between Rs 4-15 crores. At least, four luxury housing projects are slated to be ready for possession in January 2014.
