Today ie 28/06/16 JNC has shared it's construction plan for next 2 months. Let's see his commitment.

I have booked a flat in JNC The Park in 2013. I am satisfied with their progress in construction and their professional attitude.

The directors personally talk to me and my husband and also they keep us updated on all the latest developments.

At a time when other real estate developers are cheating people, I think JNC is a very honest builder and I am positive that they will deliver a very good quality project which will be an example for others

Yeas sure the project is 5 kms. From sai mandir, 7 kms. From City center metro station sec.-32 Noida, 2.5 kms. From proposed metro station NH -24..

And appreciation... as i had a word with a broker, they said you will get almost double appreciation after 2-3 years.

Project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, Recreation Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Maintenance Staff, Security, Intercom, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Wifi, Cafeteria, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Basket Ball Court, Community Hall etc.

JNC park is approved by HDFC, Aixis, ICICI have approved the project. Are you looking for investment?? or end use !!
