Q: Need to know how is Sector C as a whole locality??? How is the real estate sector?? How much should i rate it??

After so many issues, is it good for investing in any area of Greater Noida?

See, risk is every where, Manesar was a risk, New Gurgaon was risk, real estate works on risk. After so much problem, Neharpar is doing so good.. then why not Noida Extension.. right!!

Yes, Supreme Court stays order for the Noida Extension projects. For particular areas in Noida Extension,like Bisrakh village.Any projects thats on this land will be on hold until the final declarations comes in.

Hmm thats is for some environment issues and untill authority gives proper environment clearance the projects cannot complete....

Hi, if you ask me review of this area, i would rate this area at 3.5 for investment and 2.5 for end use, out of 5. See i have gone through many projects and brokers and also visited the area. The area is developing, like Neherpar... hence it your luck and risk you wanna take which will give you good returns in future :)

One thing you should understand that I hv learnt that at this point of time any builder who has
done 2-3 floor construction is better to invest in than those who have not even started construction or are in state of launch though price is a bit high.

Hmmm so i guess looking at the reviews and news i guess the area will be a good place for us to invest as well as stay...i need to know which are the builders who are worthwhile for investment.
