Sale agreement through courier

Q: HI All ,

I have booked a plot in srinidhi green woods developed by Sri nandi developers . As per the Docs , the layout is approved by BDA . As the owner is in Hyderabd , agreement is signed and send it through the courier . Please check if this safe . Please respond if anyone has purchased plot in this layout .

Kengeri Satellite Town is a locality in Bangalore which is surrounded by areas like Mysore road, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Jnana Bharathi and Nayandahalli. Kengeri Railway station is at just 1 km and Bengaluru International Airport is 44 km from Kengeri Satellite Town. Kengeri Satellite Town is a very well planned locality with all amenities.

In the Oct-Dec quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 3297 per sq. ft

Yeah I know that the project is ready. I do not mind buying a resale property. What are the uniqueness of the property?

Is there Cauvery water connection in this project? Which banks have approved the project?

No Cauvery water is not there but bore wells are there for water supply. LIC Housing Finance is giving home loan for this project and the project is ready to move in.

Yes the project is approved by BDA. I think it is safe to send the agreement through courier. You can check with the builder if they have received the courier and also you can track online the updates of the courier.
