HI I want to know about pricing range about 2 bhk flats at spandan

Q: As per advertisement in "Saptahik Bartaman" I came to know that pricing for 2 bhk flat at spandan start from about 10L. I need brief information about this, including all hidden changes.

I think almost all the approvals are over and currently they are not giving any discounts, but you can have a talk with the builder they may do some negotiations.

I think this may be the launching price. This project was launched on 2012. And almost all private banks have approvals for home loans.

Hi I had a conversation with the marketing executive. He told that all the units are almost sold out. The price for 1bhk was 4.2 lakhs and 2bhk 9.92 lakhs. I am wondering how come it's so less.

There are 2 bhk apartments available for sale in SP Shukhobristhi and the price of the apartment ranges from Rs 23 lakhs to Rs 26 lakhs.

Hey Kanchan, That was a lottery scheme which the builder gave for some time now the scheme is no more. There are 2 bhks available for sale and the price is around Rs 26 lakhs including club membership and car parking.
