Many thanks Guys for the information. If you are existing investor, I would like to know more details like What is the current progress? Is it part of SRA? I stay in Pune so I am looking for investment but I am looking for safe investment. FYI.. I have been to kalyan 8-10 months before and visited the project. Its looks good to me. They were working on Plinth. Last I come to know from my colleague who stays in kalyan that still plinth work is going on. Thus it makes me little worried... Sorry for asking too many questions but I started my IT carrier 2 years and only daughter of my parents so little curious in taking decision. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Kalyani, The project is under construction and the expected possession date is by 2015. Patel Colossus is one of the tallest high rise building at Kalyan is the new residential apartment project by Patel Groups, one of the leading developer in Mumbai. So I feel it is worth investing in this project
