Hi, Guys i am wondering if any one can give me some information about connectivity of the project!!

The Project is located in Vaishali.2km to 5KM from the project there is DPS, Cambridge, St.Thomas Schools, . Metro station will be within 1.5 km or so

Project has various modern amenities like Swimming Pool, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Tennis Court, Gymnasium etc.

Ramprastha Greens Emerald Heights is one of the popular residential developments in Vaishali. All the units are sold out now . You can try for re sale. Bcz i had a word with the borker they said there are availability for 4 bhks and 3 bhks :)

Yes, the price will be high if you buy in resale. They have closed the last sale for Rs 6500 per sq ft. Which was 6 months before.
