The price the builder is quoting is Rs Rs 3450/- (Flexi Plan), which is quire good and affordable. The price may diff for diff floors .

They are offering 2/3 BHK . For 2 bhk they have sizes 1055 sq ft -1225 sq ft and for 3 bhk they have 1320 sq ft.

Hi firstly the project is situated in the middle of the township and you can call it the sectors center. the main basic points are , the constructions quality is very good in as brokers says , then comes the commercial complexes is near by like few min which will make the residents comfortable. Connectivity with rest of the roads, i e NH 24 , Gaur City Chawk 2 is also through direct road.
