Q: Can some real estate expert give me a brief idea about some of the upcoming projects in Nagpur and the expected price trends in the coming 2-3 years? I would be especially keen in South Nagpur area.

Medical Square, Sakkardara Square, Manewada, Besa, Mangaldeep Colony Besa Road, Narendra Nagar and Satyam City are suburbs with many new residential projects. If you are planning to investment you can invest in these areas..you will get ood returns..:)

Hi Suyash..some of the upcoming projects in Nagpur are like Capitol Heights in Medical Square. The price would be around 79.7 lakhs to 1.5 crore. The Empyrean in Wardha road is also quiet famous. The starting price is around Rs 16.1 lakhs to 1.8 crore. Jayanti Nagar III in Manish Nagar, for price around Rs 34 lakhs to 1.2 crore.
