See the project is a new launch and they are quoting Rs 3600 per sq ft.. but there are full chances for further appreciation...

Hi, Mr Karan, the project is a a very good ongoing project. They have a have launched the project this year and the delivery is expected to be in 2016 end!

I would like to add, the project is spread-ed over 5 acres of land in Noida extension.Hence appreciation will be almost double .... So if you are looking at it for investment in this project... i think it will give you good future returns !!!
