Saya Zenith project review

Worst property ever found. Giving possession on time is not enough, there should be necessary amenities that should be provided by Saya during the time of possession. following are the lapses even after 1.5 years of giving possession:

1. No Convenience store available, one have to go shipra for daily necessities because Saya management dont want to loose the office which is meant for glossary store.
2. Hard water which is hard at the level of sea that on should get suffer from skin deceases, major hair fall and even can go upto the level of cancer problems. Its all because the water softer installed in the name of softenin of water is fake and only JUGAD.
3. Poor maintenance quality. Even after paying huge charges of maintenance there is poor maintenance quality, guys are so unprofessional that one can not even want to talk with them.
4. Poor mobile signals all around towers. Management failed to install the boosters because they were demanding huge rental charges.
