Hi, Ravi.. the best prelaunch project is Nirala greenshire in Noida. First payment 40% and rest of 60 % on possession. This Plan applicable to above 1185.

Hi, WAVE is also a nice pre launch project , located just in front of already functional Metro Station Noida City Center. Price is around 8250/- per sqft. But the payment plan of 40:30:30 makes it very attractive in terms of Investment.

Hi, Mr Ravi, Untitech group is coming up new residential property with a choice of 2 & 3 bhk premium apartments. Also located in a prime sector of Noida and within 4 km of the metro station this project has excellent connectivity to medical facilities, shopping centers & schools. Japyee is also a good project.. i have gone though both...

There is a project Solitairian City now presents a super-premium project inside the Jaypee Sports City on Yamuna Expressway. The project called ‘Solitairian City’ is spread over 21.54 acres including 5 acres of surrounding master greens Solitairian City has the most prime location right opposite the Formula1 picnic stand and the site is barely 300 meters from the entry in to the Jaypee Sports City from the north east gate.
