Hi, rahul according to my knowledge... the price rate they have fixed is Rs 5106 per sq ft for CLP, Rs 4800 per sq ft for FLEXI plan and Rs 4512 per sq ft for DP respectively. They have 2 and 3 bhks units .

Yes about sizes,2 BHK+study residence starts from 1310 sq.ft. and extends up to a whopping 3 BHK+ servant room of 2050 sq.ft. for premium condominiums...
