Q: Hi, I have purchased a flat in Prajay megapolis. I was reading a news article where it was mentioned that builders can't charge for the car parking separately from a flat owner. Does it apply to properties in Prajay. Any thoughts?
Please don't buy in Prajay, staff is very rude after you pay the money. We booked a flat in Prajay megapolis Phase 2 in feb 2013 now they sent a mail that they could not construct alternatively they told to select a flat in Phase1 with an extra payment of 9lacs for same size which is too much and staff is very reckless in answering to us. Please Please Please don't buy.
hi Lakshmi, I agree to you and even I had the same experience..Prajay builders is a opportunistic and very cheap builder. They go as per what is advantageous to them. Yes they are charging around Rs. 600 PSFT EXTRA just to offer another flat in PHASE 1. It is their mistake that they have stopped PHASE2 but troubling the unsuspecting customers. PLEASE DONT BUY IN PRAJAYTHEY PROMISE HEAVEN AND SHOW YOU HELL!!! Even PHASE 1 is delayed like HELL.. THE PROMISED CLUB HOUSE WILL COME ONLY IN NEXT 4 YEARS.
As far as the agreement goes, Prajay is actually asking for the parking separately along with amenities. The parking cost is a separate item in the agreement, which has actually made me ask this question. The flat cost only includes the per sqft area cost for the flat.
Banks such as Corporation Bank, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, HSBC, Indiabulls, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, Tata Capital Housing Finance, Central Bank Of India, GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Andhra Bank, Punjab National Bank, ICICI Home Finance, Citibank, ICICI Bank, Canara Bank, HDFC Home loans, Leading Housing Finance, State Bank of Hyderabad all have approval for home loans in this project.
Project has amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, Recreation Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Maintenance Staff, Security, Club House, Wifi, Cafeteria, Broadband Internet, Library, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Basket Ball Court, Community Hall etc. The expected possession date will be by dec 2014. Project is approved by GHMC Approved, Airports Authority of India, HMDA, Sher Lingampally Municipality . When are you planning to book ?
Also the expected date for 1, 2 and 2.5 BHK Flats is around June 2014. I have been visiting the site regularly and they are making decent progress which looks to be on schedule as of now.
Currently 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk are available. FOr 1bhk the price is around 23 lakhs , 2bhk the price is around 33 lakhs, 3bhk the price is around 60 lakhs, and for 4bhk the price is around 91 lakhs. Are you planning to buy ?
