Hi, which is the bank that has approved the project??? I need to take home loan for this project..

Hi, the project is approved by HDFC bank so you can take home loan from there.

Hi, can any one update what is the lease situation in this project.. i mean the lease tenure!!

Hi, they have kept the tenure as 33 years.. as SEZ units cannot be sold so.. Secondly you have to renew the agreement after that,... You have to pay 3 % of the annual rent of your unit for renewal .

Hi, i had a word with the sales executive... they said it is strictly for people who are working for TCS, IBM and Ericson's...The project is very good... they have quoted Rs 6999 per sq ft as the price .

Hi Sachin, Isle De Royale is the right place to place , As one it is coming on Gwal pahari road which is one of the most upcoming Areas , Two if you are an Employee of the category to buy the SEZ project then there is nothing better . I will advise you if you are the employee of the any of Ericsson , Tcs or IBM please don't think about it twice.
