I am not employee of TCS , IBM or Erickson still one of the broker is telling me that he can get me a home at ASF SEZ project, is it safe?? Is it happening that way ?
Latest Answer: I already checked that with the brokers , Thank you all for ur Advise . I am also getting it at a fairly good price . the reason the employee is selling it is that they are sending him abroad . So i believe I should go for it !!

Hi I have heard that ASF Infrastructure is offering its properties at Rs 600 – 700 sq ft less price than what’s already the market rate in that area. What is the probable reason for it? I guess their facilities are more or less on par with top names.
