Has any one booked at Kumar Piccadilly, Wakad? How's the project and ROI for this project
Q: Hi, I am looking at Kumar Piccadilly to buy a 2 BHK flat over there? Is it work investing in this project? The Builder seems to be very adamant for any alteration in the flat and even getting an extra power point. They have 20% loading on the carpet area.
Any views on the property as per return from this investment. The project neighbors Akshara International school and Indira National school.

Thanks Mr. Vivek, am planning to buy there as the Plan indicates there is 60ft road planned and amenities are started from the day one of possession, so keeping trust on Kumar Properties , which is one of the prime builders and I have heard that the construction quality of the apartment at Kumar properties is excellent whether being the top or the ground floor..
Do you know any one over at the site and who all have booked there already?

Hi, the area for 2bhk will be around 1030-1044 and for 3bhk it wold be around 1210-1272 . Some of the amenities are like Swimming Pool, Play Area, Security, Intercom, Club House, Gymnasium etc. Almost all banks have approval for this project.

@Gurmeet : 2bhk is avaialable in the 12th floor and the price per sq ft will be around Rs 4,900. The total price would be around 60 lakhs for 2bhk and for 3bhk it would be around 80 lakhs. When are you planning to buy ?
@Manmohan: Hello, I had recently enquired about this project. Heard that this project will be completed withing 5 months i.e around March 2014. THis project is very good for investment as you can expect around 40 perc returns within 2 years itself. Have you already booked or planning to buy ?
