This project was launched on August 2012. The launching price was around Rs 6,500. Yes it would be good loaction for investment , since the price has increased to Rs 7,000...you will get good returns within 2 years.

Project has amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Maintenance Staff, Security, Intercom, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Cafeteria, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Basket Ball Court, Community Hall etc..The water supply is good. No discounts are given currently. Almost all banks have approvals fo rthis project.
The expected possession date will be by Dec 2016. Currently 3 bhk and 5 bhk area available. The Project is located in Sector-107. Just in 15km to 20KM from the project we have Railway Station like New Delhi Railway . Within distance Between 5km to 10KM from the project teher is Nearest Hospital like Fortis Hospital, . Nearest Restaurant like Radisson, .

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 7,000. The area is around 2500 sq ft for 3bhk, 4bhk it would be around 3300 sq ft and for 5bhk around 4300. I think the bookings have already started...
Hi as far as i know the price for 3bhk is around Rs 1.73 crores, 4bhk is around Rs 2.29 crores and for 5bhk is around 2.98 crores . When are you planning to buy ?
