What about the amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? I hope there is water supply ! Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?

Project has amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Maintenance Staff, Wifi, Badminton Court, Gymnasium, Community Hall, Jacuzzi, Ampitheater, Basketball Court etc. Banks like Corporation Bank, State Bank of India, ING Vysya Bank, Karnataka Bank, Sundaram Home Finance, Bank of Maharashtra, GIC Housing Finance Ltd, GRUH Finance Limited, Andhra Bank have approval for this project. Currently no discounts are given.

Currently only 2bhk and 3bhk are available. The project is in very good location..5km to 10KM from the project we have Railway Station like Tirupur , Just 2km to 5KM from the project we have Bus Stop like Tirupur, . Within distance Between 0.5km to 2KM from the project we have Nearest School like KNB , . Just 10km to 15KM from the project we have Nearest Hospital like Global, .

Hey the completion date will be by feb 2017. Yes I think they are taking lot of time to complete the project.

Hi Vivek...even I m interested in this project. Can you tell me some more details about the project. What is the price per sq ft and how much is the area of 2bhk and 3bhk ?? I m looking for 2 bhk...so is it available ?

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 2,916. The area is around 1200 sq ft for 2 bhk and 3 bhk is around 1000 sq ft. If you are planning to buy, you will get more details when you go for a site visit.

Helllo Deep, Rivers Abode has Extravagant living, recreation and landscaped greens . The Project is located in Udamalpet.. These projects offers 2bhk and 3bhk having price around 30 lakhs. When are you planning to buy ? You have not mentioned what kind of property you are looking for and your budget details.
